Silvia Cerrella Bauer, Managing Director of CB Multilingual, was guest presenter at the SDL Language Technologies one-hour webinar in Italian “Introduzione alla gestione della terminologia parte 1: progetto e business case” on 12 November 2018 at 3pm CET.
This webinar provided tips and tricks to successfully implement terminology management processes in your organisation. It was divided into two parts: The first part of the webinar addressed key aspects ensuring successful terminology management project planning, whereas the second part examined a series of arguments to develop a convincing business case for the terminology project, such as cost-benefit analysis and ROI indicators.
